To obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form, contact THE STRENGTH BUILDER at admin@thestrengthbuilder.com. We will credit your purchase immediately upon receipt of the returned item with an RMA.
To be eligible for a complete refund or credit, you must obtain an approved RMA and return the product within 30 days of receipt. All returns must be made using the original packaging in good condition. The returned merchandise must be shipped back to THE STRENGTH BUILDER at the address provided on the RMA. You must pay return shipping charges and insure the shipment ($70.00), or accept the risk of loss or damage during shipment.
